When you work hard to build your dreams and you do your best to live a meaningful life, it’s only normal to experience episodes of deep overwhelm.
If you are reading this, you probably feel you have lost your clarity and motivation. Perhaps you feel stuck and don’t even want to get out of bed.
Like you, I have had many of those moments and here are the techniques I use to balance myself and get out of that rut.
After reading this, I promise you will get centered again, find more clarity and comeback better than ever!
Get centred and find your way back to greatness
Schedule Time for Solitude and Alignment
As much as your busy schedule and daily commitments demand your attention, make sure you carve out time to get some solitude to find alignment and recharge yourself.
Please let go of the guilt. This is not only a spiritual practice, it’s going to give you a productivity boost!
Believe me, your life, business, kids etc. won’t go anywhere if you take some time out for yourself. In fact, you will see more progress in every area.
When you are aligned and centred, you perform better and people respond to your vibrant and renewed energy.
Make Your Solitude Time Non Negotiable
Look at it as a your daily, weekly or even monthly spiritual adjustment (just like when people go the their chiropractor, physiotherapist or the dentist).
Get into a good routine one that will allow you to schedule regular downtime to get centred and become more focused.

There is something magical about writing!
We tend to carry all our problems, ideas, to do lists in our head. It gets heavy and its unhealthy.
Many successful people including model Miranda Kerr, Sportluxe creator Bianca Cheah and actress/ activist Emma Watson have incorporated a writing practice into their daily life.
You don’t need to make your practice fancy. You just need to get a pen and paper and write down every single thing that comes into your mind.
This is a powerful technique, even Tony Robbins suggests to do it in many of his events! We need mental space to be able to gain clarity and focus on what is important in our lives.
I can promise, you will feel lighter and more aligned after a good writing session.
Studies have shown, meditation will help quiet your mind, reduce stress and calm your anxiety.
After meditation, you can write your intentions and let God/Universe know what you want and need.
When I meditate, I like to do it while listening to Tibetan singing bowls. I find their sound very soothing and calming.
I also like to smell some of my favourite essential oils to uplift me. Lately, I have been into doTERRA’s peppermint and wild orange essential oils.
Make sure you also nourish your physical body with nutrioutios and high vibrational foods.
Green juices, herbal teas and soups are perfect for this!
You can also apply some coconut oil with a few drops of essential oils all over your body. Your skin will get an instant mousterizing boost and it’s a nice way to get all those rich benefits of coconut oil inside your body.
There you have it. Put this into place and you will gently get centred again. You will also feel amazing, healthy and glowy!
